Devohn Walker has styled Beyoncé, Lil’ Kim, and Mya, among other artists. Channeling Grace Jones in his downtime, in an all-black ensemble with Lady Gaga sunglasses and a belt around his neck, he was impossible for this week’s Video Look Book cameras to miss. A man’s decomposing body was found along the Harlem River Drive on Tuesday, police said.
A Department of Transportation worker made the gruesome discovery just before 8 a.m. in a grassy area near W. 155th St., police said.
The man was not carrying identification. The Medical Examiner’s office will conduct an autopsy but there were no immediate signs of trauma, police said.
The worker spotted the body off the highway’s southbound lanes, about 300 feet from Exit 23. Police searched the area for clues later.
Police sources believe the man – who was described as possibly Hispanic – could be homeless.

Education

It’s almost September — do you know where your child’s school is?
Education officials are playing a big game of musical schools this summer — moving 91 schools into buildings that didn’t house them last year.
While the bulk involves new schools or replacements for others being phased out, many of the other relocations involve schools being moved for the second time or into buildings that can house them for only a year.
The rejiggering is most troubling to parents whose kids are at schools that are moving as far as six miles away from their old location — sometimes even across school-district lines.
Sailing
Were on a boat, mofos.
Except this big, blue, watery road is the Hudson, and, instead of T-Pain, were cruising with the boys from Atlantic Yachting, a sailing outfit offering affordable lessons and charters right outta the West 79th Street Boat Basin.
In todays video, sailors Logan and Jonathan — last names withheld to protect them from admirers — showed us the ropes (literally) as we made our way up to the George Washington Bridge.

Is the term limits question the third rail for Mike Bloomberg’s reelection campaign? That wily old dog Charlie Rangel seems to think so.
WNBC’s Gabe Pressman reports that in an interview, the Harlem congressman hammered hard at the mayor for violating “a trust” with the public, accusing him of not playing “by the rules.”
