Harlem Scenic Restaurant Goes Bankrupt

CrainsNY reports that Terrace in the Sky, the French Mediterranean restaurant located atop Butler Hall at 400 W. 119th St., filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Monday. The company that operates the restaurant, Morningside Heights Restaurant Corp., was forced to file for bankruptcy due to significant federal and state tax arrears. Continue reading
