Summer Arrives And Black TV Viewers Aabandon Repeats Of Favorite Shows

Looks like the traditional “repeat broadcast of favorite TV shows” template created by Johnson at BET and now used by Radio One and many others is running into trouble. Hot fun in the summertime for black households apparently does not include a lot of time for viewing repeat broadcast of favorite TV shows. With only six shows in the Top 25 drawing a million or more black viewers, the great outdoors or video games or movies had more appeal.
